Christopher Beckstrom & Company creates and develops Alexander Technique seminars & workshops for educational institutions, businesses and sports organizations to help them discover and expand their potential for success through both the introduction and continuous training in the Alexander Technique. 

The Company is drawn from a large community of Alexander Teachers who primarily  have completed their teacher certification through the American Center for the Alexander Technique -- the oldest and possibly most rigorous teacher training program in North America.
